The 3024GEW/5048GEW are also derived from the previous high PV input PIP-GE series and feature 2 models in 3KW(24V) and 5KW(48V) maximum continous output. This new model line’s key advantage is similar to the new GE series and offer exceptional C/P ratio for price-sensitive market segments.
In addition to the features 1212GE/2524GE, the GEW offers 2 additional useful functionalities:
- built-in WIFI transmitter (to monitor unit on iPhone/Android systems)
- BMS (RS485 / CANbus support to Pylontech / Weco / Soltaro systems (and other compatible lithium batteries)
Using Generator as AC-Input
- Generator rating is recommended to be 30-50% larger than the inverter rating to reduce chances of overload.
- Inverter-generators are strongly recommended due to its cleaner output than conventional generators. Unsuitable generator output will be rejected by the inverter in order to protect battery/load.
- Built-in WIFI transitter (for monitoring on iPhone/Android)
