If your new 2524GE unit has trouble setting up with WIFI APP on your smartphone despite having completed the entire setup procedure, please perform firmware update here. You will need to download all the files onto the desktop of your PC and then refer to the WORD file as instruction.
The 1212GE/2524GE inverters is a new remake from a previous PIP-GE series featuring 2 models in 1200W and 2500W output, in 12V and 24V design, respectively. These two new models are specifically introduced to offer exceptional C/P ratio for price-sensitive market segments.
Main selling points on 1212GE/2524GE are:
- High PV input design (350Voc and 450Voc)
- Upgraded 80A charging
- Batteryless support
- Equalization mode (for Flooded batteries)
Using Generator as AC-Input
- Generator rating is recommended to be 30-50% larger than the inverter rating to reduce chances of overload.
- Inverter-generators are strongly recommended due to its cleaner output than conventional generators. Unsuitable generator output will be rejected by the inverter in order to protect battery/load.
