Our PCM5048/8048/CX series MPPT controllers are available from 40A to 80A and fully compatible with small to large battery systems (12V/24V/36V/48V). This series offers a wide range of programmable options for users, including access to bulk/absorption and float charging parameters, equalization charge, MPPT type setup, auxiliary relay control, and internal datalogger. Max PV input voltage for 5048 and 8048 are 140V max (open circuit) which already allows use with wide range of panels, and the CX series (40CX, 80CX) offers even greater panel compatibility with its 240V max input!
With a large LCD, users can do all setup/programming right on the unit. The series’s “data-parallel” feature allows up to 16 units of the same model type to be wired in Master-Slave configuration so that user can enjoy the convenience of programming from only the Master unit. The two sets of auxiliary relays are rated for 50vdc, 3amp each and may be used as effective switches to control external DC loads, when system conditions are met.
