it is only drawing <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">12.3w<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 980px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-3648-1\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mppsolar.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/812hs-No-Load-Power-Draw-1.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mppsolar.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/812hs-No-Load-Power-Draw-1.mp4\">https:\/\/www.mppsolar.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/812hs-No-Load-Power-Draw-1.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This video is done in our production laboratory using the professional grade Yokogawa meter ($2500 USD) and is what we use regularly in the quality production for all our inverters.\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"shortcode1-4\"><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3655\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mppsolar.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-7.41.11-AM-300x182.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mppsolar.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-7.41.11-AM-300x182.png 300w, https:\/\/www.mppsolar.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Screen-Shot-2017-03-09-at-7.41.11-AM.png 482w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 239px) 100vw, 239px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode3-4\"><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">In contrast, the false video on YouTube shows uses a generic, low cost watt meter of questionable quality\u00a0 that can be purchased easily on eBay for less than $15 USD.\u00a0 This cannot be expected to have good precision when measuring low load.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Upon investigation, we have also identified the individual as a former customer who had contacted us before and made vile threats based on unreasonable demand &#8211; refund on purchase made using, again, poor and inaccurate measuring instrument that led him to believe our product is &#8220;not as advertised&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0 Despite our effort to communicate and educate, we could not bring him to reason.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that MPP Solar will NOT tolerate or give in to any form of threat.\u00a0 This is against our business principle.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is sad that YouTube is becoming a breeding ground to online abuse and bullying, but we still believe most people are honest and reasonable.\u00a0 To all our customers, thank you for your continuous support.<\/p>\n<p>MPP Solar Inc.<\/p>\n<div id=\"s3gt_translate_tooltip_mini\" class=\"s3gt_translate_tooltip_mini_box\" style=\"background: initial !important;
